undercover securityguards using force and hurting the victim

Hi, i want to know can an undercover security guard in fact, use force (tackle) the victim injuring him jus to detain him at an amusement park just for entering the park unauthorized during the howl o scream event??? And use force to hold him until the police come??

You don't mention your state, but most states will allow a person to use "reasonable" force to detain someone for a crime committed in their presence. You would have to determine what the laws are in your state for private person's using force to detain a person.
