Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Underage Posession Of Alcohol in Oh

I was recently arrested for underage possession of alcohol in Portage County, Ohio. I am 19 years old. At the time of the arrest I was holding a book bag with beer in it for my 21 year old friend who was closing the trunk of his car. I was standing directly next to him. Also on the ticket it stated that I was in possession of 48 bottles of beer, but I only had 24 in the book bag I was carrying. Do I have a chance of fighting this in court?

you can argue it to a judge but, these things go either way. Technically you where in possession.
