Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Underage OVI

I turned into the development where i live and lost control of my car and it went into a ditch(The roads were wet, the cop put it on my ticket). Couple hours later a cop drives by and sees us trying to dig the car out. Long story short he arrests after i "failed" sobriety tests(We were outside for 3 hours before the cop came and i was shivvering freezing) for OVI and takes me to the station for a BAC test. i blew .017 and the Ohio legal limit for minors is .02. After a found a sober ride home he let me go from the station. I went to court this morning and pleaded not guilty so i can hopefully get a good lawyer and lessen the charge. This is also my first offense besides a speeding ticket that i paid off.
