Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Underage Drinking

I got a underage drinking 3 days ago and I was in jail for 2 days I am 18 and still in school this is also my first offense can someone please help me and tell me what to expect they said the mex is 6 months in jail and a 1000$ fine I am scared

You might want to consider talking to one.

If that was your only offense then you have little to worry about. You will have opportunity to speak with a layer after your first court appearance.
Two days in jail on that charge alone seems suspicious though. Normally you would be released as soon as you sober up. I suspect there may be more to this.
