Hi, I'm 18 years old and am at student at Marquette University in Milwaukee. I just got a drinking ticket at a party but i wasn't breathalized nor did the cop see me holding a drink. on the ticket citation it says though, subject consuming alchohol at specified location. At first i wakled out of the house but the cops told me to go back in, asked if i was drinking, i said no. But when i went back into the house one cop had every who said they were drinking move over to the side and thats where I went since i did drink and was worried theyd breathalize me. Should I plead guilty, not guilty, or no contest? I wasn't sure since the cops didn't breathalize me, i wasn't sure if the cops breathalized anyone who said they weren't drinking because I was the first one to get the ticket and then right away left.
