My 18 year old son was "arrested" (issued a summons)and fingerprinted in a college dorm bathroom, without any miranda rights offered. He was made to take a breathalizer test that showed him at .110 when confronted with campus police while visiting at University of Delaware. He's a sophomore at another college. He has to appear at a hearing in November. What is his liabilities and what are his rights here? None of the other students were arrested or fingerprinted, including the friend he was visiting.

Does your son live in Delaware?
