we may have to file chapter 7 in the near future, as we are two payments behind with the condo and the bank is getting nasty. I understand the colorado exemptions and that the collectors can not take a motor home away from you in judgement if it is worth less that $3500. In our case we have a newer motor home that has a market value of around 100K but owe 104K (upside down). why would a collection agency come after our motor home when we owe more than its worth.
