Unauthorized withdrawal by bank

My jurisdiction is: Nebraska, USA

We own a small business and were closing the last of our loans on the building with the bank we use for our business account. The loans are personal rather than business loans and the bank was told we would be making the accrued interest payment on the loans out of our personal account, which is with a separate bank. The loan officer had not received our check prior to leaving on vacation and so withdrew the interest payment from our business account, without contacting us. When I discovered what had happened, I called the bank and they said as soon as they received our personal check, they would reverse the transaction. I don't see how this can be legal, but as there were sufficient funds to cover the payment, we don't really have any damages. Can I file a complaint with someone?
