   I went on line to check my bank account today and saw there was a check that cleared for over 600.00. I knew I did not write any checks in the past week, also the check number was higher then the checks I have. So I look into this further and my bank shows the checks. MBNA went into my personal bank account and withdrew that money without me authorizing it. Are they allowed to do this?

   depends...
   
   did you have an ACH set up? and did you owe MBNA money? if so, and you're overdue, depending on your bank, they can draft the entire amount owed...i've learned this with Navy Federal Credit Union...
