Unable to Get Broker to Provide Releases

[Honestly]

I have my life / health license and have been working for just a few months for a broker, when I decided to resign. He expected me to falsify documents and do other things that would put my license in jeopardy. I refused to do this and decided instead to resign. At the time I resigned, he promised to sign the release forms that I provided him for all of the carriers that I was appointed with. It has been over a week and I have not received the releases, nor will he respond to any messages. Do I have any legal recourse?

Have you sent a written request, such as a fax or letter with proof of mailing? If not, you should do so. Create a paper trail, don't leave telephone messages.
