Can you drink when you turn 21 if you are probation for underage drinking? My husband is supposed to get off probation for underage drinking in July, but he will be 21 this month. Is he allowed to drink?

Your husband should read the terms of his probation.

He could also inquire of his PO.

Most people on probation for alcohol related offenses are barred from drinking alcohol while on probation. Everything is disclosed in writing on hubby's probation and sentencing documents.
