Sorry if this should be posted under a different heading, but here is the story...

I took my vehicle in for regular service and they had to keep it overnight to complete the job. That night the facility was broken into and several stereos, wheels, etc. were stolen along with my vehicle. The kicker is that the keys were left in the ignition and the door left unlocked. The vehicle was left outside adjacent to a chain link fence which was cut through. Apparently, they have been burglarized a few times in the last year so it didnt come as a surprise to them.

I have spoken with the manager a few times in an attempt to come to an agreement, but his position is that since it is not their vehicle, their insurance will not cover it. Of course I can go through my insurance but my premium would certainly go up.

Do I have a case? If so, what sort of attorney should I seek out?

liability

This I believe would fall under garage keepers liability insurance. The vehicle was in their care and custody. If the shop was neglegent in the way that they stored your vehicle, they would be liable. Ask them who there insurance company is and try discussing this with them.
If you dont have comp or coll coverage, your insurance company will not help you much. They may be able to shed some light on the policy and how it reads that the shop has if they are familiar with it. At the least, if you have comp/coll coverage, they should investigate liability, they will deny coverage to you if they feel that the shop was neglegent, or they will handle the damages and subrogate the shop for the damages.
