I booked an Alaskan cruise, but may be facing criminal charges for confidentiality breach. Am I still able to travel if I do not get off the ship... Since technically I'll still be in the USA?

If you haven't been formally indicted, arrested, or charged with any crime, it would appear you have no LAWFUL travel restrictions.

It would also be wise if you stopped asking questions about this, explaining it, or mentioning.

Unless you have been ordered by a court to not travel or leave a particular area then you are free to do so as you please. Enjoy the cruise and leave your troubles behind for a few days.
