How long does on county have to pick its inmate from another county.

I think Nicole is asking how long a county has to extradite an inmate held in another county - presumably on an arrest warrant.
That might depend on why the defendant is held in the first county, and what state this is in. It might be a long time if the first county has open cases against him.
