Business Contracts Transferring Contracts

We are a small residential painting company in Oregon. We have been a sole proprietor and we have recently re-organized into an LLC. We have a new business name, EIN, and state contractor's license. The sole prop has sold contracts that it has not yet produced. How can we legally transfer the upcoming contracts to the LLC. We're the same people, the same employees, the same product; just under a different license number. Can this be done between the two companies like a sub-contracting, or do the customers need to be involved?
