Transfer of deed

My wife recently passed away. She has a house that she bought before we were married.
After paying off the mortgage, all i got from her bank was a "release of mortgage". Her wishes were for her disabled sister to live in the house as long as she lived, and then for her two sons by a previous marriage inherite the house. Is there a way to do this without the expense of probate? I am not trying to get any interest in the property, just trying to honor her wishes. She died without completing a will.

The bank does not "hold a deed" but has a mortgage on it.

You will have to go through probate since this was not taken care of before her death.
