My brother faxed me a copy of a letter that was sent to my old address in Florida (he still lives there) regarding 2 tickets I apparently received in 1990 - I no longer live in Florida and as a matter of fact I have been gone from that state for over 10 years have married and been in the military. The letter is from an attorney stating I owe $246 or they will suspend my license. Is there any statue of limitations on this. Why my brother feels the need to accept this mail I don't know.
