I have question about the use of a person name in the search ad text.

JaneDoe.com is only an example used below.

According to JaneDoe.com website, it only mentions that JaneDoe.com is trademarked. I assume that "Jane Doe" is not and can't be trademarked.

So can "Jane Doe" be used in the search ad text?

A name of a person is not entitled to trademark protection. Nobody can ask for trademark protection for "Jane", "Doe", or "Jane Doe". The letter combination like "janedoe" can generally be protected by the trademark laws, but even in such a case the owner of such a trademark cannot ask for any kind of protection against anyone using "Jane Doe" as a name of a person.
