Trademark Trademark Registration Cancellation Case

Jurisdiction
US Federal Law
I have a registered trademark and another company who uses the same company name has filed for a cancellation of my registration with the USPTO. I can't afford an attorney, nor do I feel it's a good use of my time to oppose this company and their attorney. Let's assume I do the following:
- take down all online properties currently using the registered trademark
- cease in using the trademark in all online and offline business interactions
- respond to the USPTO and inform them that I surrender the mark.

Do you think this would be enough to satisfy the other company petitioning? The second cease and desist letter threatened to sue for any revenue I've made from business using the trademark in question. My goal is to simply walk away without any further financial damages. I am willing to cease and desist. I don't want to spend any more time dealing with this matter, but I am concerned that they will continue to harass me.

There is no way for us to know if this will be enough. You will have to ask/discuss with them. Any "deal" you make, get in writing. It probably would be best if you did have your own attorney though.
