My tenant told me they were not paying me this months rent, because they were going to use it to move. This was yesterday. They have not returned phone calls, or responded to my mail. So I drove there to collect. I then gave them a written three day notice. Can I change the locks on doorafter the three days?. They have exhusted their last month of rent. We are on a month to month.

You need to read up on landlord tenant laws for your state. You are probably going to have to properly serve them an eviction notice. You cannot just change the locks that is against the law. If these tenants owe you any money after all is said and done you probably will have to sue them for it.
