Towing Company Sold my vehicle before 90 days & no notification!

Vehicle was towed Aug. 23, 2012, first need to inquire if this falls under Statue of Limitations??
 
Check with your local city or parish hall, or the civil sheriff or police.

They regulate those companies and tell you the rules.
