My car was recently towed for parking without a residence permit and I had to pay $100.00 to get my car out of the impound. When they finally drove up to the front, I noticed that one of the front wheels were totally unaligned. When I ask the person who's responible for the damage he simply said" its not my car, so its not my problem" and closed the gate.
The car was not in good condition, so I called AAA and they towed it to a nearby Mitsubishi dealer. After inspecting the car, the dealer said the two front two tire rods were damaged due to the improper tow. He also said that it would cost $620.00 fix it, which I paid fully.
Is it possible to file charges in a small claims court against the tow company for proper damages? What are my chances in winning this argument.
