To create license on alabama

I want to know about some ways to create license on Alabama. How can your license be suspended related to an Alabama DUI charge? Please help me to give me answer.

Are you the same guy who, on another forum, is insisting that there is "conflicting information" about whether or not Alabama will issue a hardship license?
