Issue: Title Company transferred title to other buyer. Seller "A" was not authorized to sell home (relinquished Trusteeship to Seller "B"). There is a recorded Affidavit stating Seller "A" was no longer Trustee. We signed CAR Purchase agreement with Seller "B".
Shouldn't the Title company have found this recorded Affidavit document and halted sale of home to other buyer?
Everyone has told us that we still have a chance to get the house since we still have a binding contract. Thoughts?
