Our son is a Marine stationed in Hawaii. He sold a car before heading over to Afghanistan. The guy he sold the car to never transfered the title. Now the car has caught on fire and caused damage to 2 other cars. The owners of the other cars are suing him and the police have picked him up for failure to have the car towed. Is there anything he can do???? The guy he sold the car to says that he sold the car to someone that sold the car to someone, but this guy refuses to tell that to the police.
