I have a timeshare unit in St. Thomas which was damaged by hurricanes 2 years ago and, while being repaired (still), is not usable. However, we continue to get Timeshare Maintenance fees for a unit which we cannot use. We could trade it for another property through Interval International, but do not want to trade. Do we have to pay for a unit which is not available?
