Time Shares.

I'm disabled and was talked into buying 2 time shares that I just can't afford on about $800.00 a month. I told them I could not pay anymore on 11/03/2008 and they basically said I had to . I have no property or savings and the only stock I have is Enron. I had a bankruptcy in 2004 I think. What can I expect besides the harassing phone calls?

Please advise me on this.

timeshare hassles

I purchased a timeshare in Sept. in Vegas for over $12,000. I soon discovered that they lied about having timeshares in Alaska which is
what I was interested in using. I signed an opt out form on the fifth
day and sent it certified mail the next day. They have been after me
to comply with the promissory note and have been offering me the
SAME timeshare at half the price and no maintenance fees. They took
my deposit and said I was still liable to make payments. I do not want
the timeshare and have not sent any monies. What can they do to me
besides hasseling me all the time and threatening?
