i have a quick question. Can somone tell me if it's possible to dismiss a ticket if nothing is circled for example I have a ticket for littering. and nxt to it infraction or misdameaner is not circled. why I ask is becouse
a while ago I got a ticket for smoking and I dimissed it becouse the police circled Infraction it was suposed to be misdameaner. I just wanted to know if I can dimiss it if nothing is circled. and 1 more thing. When the date when you recieved on the ticket is not written. can it be dismissed as wrong written ticket? thanks a lot for the help.
