I got a small misdemeanor ticket and the cop apelled my last name wrong wven though i told h the correct apelling and he looked me up and had my full name dows that mean i can fight the ticket?

You can fight any ticket and people do all the time, but a minor spelling error will not get the ticket dismissed, if THAT's what you're asking.

You can always "fight" a ticket but I wouldn't plan on using the incorrect spelling of your name as your "defense". An incorrect spelling of a name doesn't get the ticket thrown out - it can be amended.
