We moved into an apt and began getting help with rent Now dss wants third party statements from people saying we live there. This cannot be the landlord or family. Is there a way around this? We are new to area and dont know anyone. Not a good area to be soliciting for signatures. And it would be asking people to lie for us since they dont know.
