The Age of Majority in PA

In the state of PA what is the legal age of majority? In the case of naming a beneficiary of a Life Insurance policy, is an 18 year old considered a minor?

I believe the age of majority in PA is 18 or graduation from high school. See Title 23 PA.C.S. 4321 (2)
