Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication (TEXAS) Mip, failure to identify and using anothers DL

Was arrested for MIP, i was not drinking just had bottle of wine in my hand...so I lied and said I was 21, and then I showed my sisters DL and insisted that I was her...so I was arrested when they found out who I really was. So now I have a MIP, Failure to identify in one municiple court, and the using another DL is in the county court. This is first offense. Live in a College town, so have gotten the scoop about MIP..from the thousand of other people here who have gotten them, not sure about the failure to identify nad the Dl one since they are in two differnt courts...Attorney wants 2500 to represent. Im a poor college student..have a PD for the DL case...any suggestions?
