Ok so my fiancé and i moved to oklahoma about a month ago, we have had many problems with the house we are renting but decided we will make the most of it, recently we found that we have a termite infestation, we notified our property management they sent their own exterminator out, he looked all around the house and they only seem to be on one wall in the house, he then proceeded to tell us that "it would not pass state specs" my question is if we have a city inspector come and inspect the problem and it is deemed uninhabitable does that by law gives us reason to terminate our lease? And if so how much of what we've already paid should we get back?
