Good Evening, I am a bit confused about the difference in laws to evict someone. Can you please explain this to me. Thank you

about 10 months ago I started to date this woman who within a few weeks was thrown out of her sons house. I told her she could stay for a few weeks at my place so she can make arrangements to get her stuff and get back to where she came from. Which is about 3 hrs away.
By July I was asking her to leave and she wouldn't. I keep telling her to go and she said she is staying.
I want her out. I have given her notice to leave via text messages, facebook messages and written eviction notice Giving her 30 days. She still won't go. I have gone to the magistrates and to the court house. I am told by one that its a standard easy eviction because she does not nor ever has paid rent or bills.
Then I am told by the other place that since she was a girlfriend that I have to do a ejectment.
I own this house. It is mine. I pay all the bills and she does not work.
hell she wont clean. She tells me the law can not force her out and I can not make her go. And if I were to try to throw her out she said she will call and say I hit her.
this is a nightmare..
Is she a tenant a guest or ejectment bound. And where do I go to get the proper paper work, whatever it may be.

Someone is giving you incorrect information.

First I suggest you read this short explanation on ejectment in PA:

Ejectment doesn't apply in your situation.

You need to pursue EVICTION of the female.

But, your situation is volatile.

I suggest you remove EVERYTHING you consider valuable from your home.
Those things should fit in a small suitcase or backpack.
Store those items SAFELY out of the home.
Take enough personal articles to stay away from the house until you've received instructions from a lawyer.
Discretely remove them so the female doesn't suspect your actions.

Make haste to your lawyer's office, or the office of a lawyer you trust.
Engage the services of a lawyer to EVICT the female.

If you MUST return to the home, get THREE witnesses to accompany you.

Ask your lawyer how you can protect yourself against the threats she's given you.

You could wear a body cam 24/7/365.
Plus, always be in the presence of THREE, trusted witnesses.

Now for my usual admonishment.

Don't allow any overnight guests in your home.
