We got a ten day eviction notice for everyone not on our lease. Witch we found a blessings being we where trying to get him out for bring meth stealing items form us and people in all hours of the night with our children in the house. Mind you we never let him move in. He asked to stay a week or two and then rwfused to leave. We have called the cops to have him removed and because he says we said he could move in and he pays witch he never has gave us a dime. So our manager of our house gave us a 10 day eviction notice for everyone not on the lease to be evicted out of the unit. Is this a legal binding eviction notice for the person refusing to leave our home?
