i have been sued and i have to appear in court for calling my husbands ex wife's home to talk to their thirty six year old son and the ex wife would not answer the phone. and she has caller id whitch shows i call several times.

Is there a reason you called to talk to her son? Is there a reason why you are being taken to court, e.g. there is a restraining order against you? If not, I'd be surprised with the prosecution. What period of time were your calls?
