I have filed ch. 7. And I just received a letter, stating my license has been suspened due to a judgement that was filed against me. Can they do that? And will I have to pay the $85.00 reinstatement fee to DMV?
I have never heard of something like that from a regular debt-- I would call the DMV and see who the judgement is from -- the only entity that has the power to do that is ORS (Child support) taxes or maybe student loans
