Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Supplying a minor at the Houston Rodeo

I got a citation for supplying a minor with alcohol and let me tell you, I am freaking out. My record is clean as a whistle(even have a CHL) its that clean. I dont know what to do! Now the undercover officer did say "I may not be in court" and gave me that look of "you get what im saying?" . So I guess my question is what will happen too me and do you think I should wing it and plead "not guilty" and hope he doesnt show up so it can be dismissed, or should I hear what the states offer is and take it if its a class C? And should I hire a attorney or lawyer?

I would immediately retain a lawyer.
If you can't afford one, appear in court, plead not guilty, and ask the court to appoint one to represent you.

Whatever you do, don't plead to anything.

You're innocent until proven guilty.
