I am the Plaintiff in a civil action. I subpoenaed and received medical records from the Defendants doctors. Now I am in receipt of a supplemental demand for production of documents. Since I did not have the records before I did not state in my initial production of documents that I had them. Do I need to include copies of the medical records for opposing counsel. Can I simply state the records are in my possession and offer them for inspection.
Thank You
Michael
