About four weeks ago, my housing complex sent out a notice informing tenants that maintenance and other vendors (cleaning crew, carpet cleaners) would be entering cottages between the dates of July 25- August 14th. This is the only notice we received. There are no notices that show when a staff member or vendor has been inside our cottage and they can enter as late as 9pm. Is this sufficient notice? What are the laws concerning entrance notices?

If you require a more specific time frame (I would) then discusses it with the landlord. I would not be satisfied with that sort of advance notice.

You use the word, COTTAGE. Are you in a residential treatment facility?
