Sued by unlicensed undocumented handyman

How can I protect myself from being sued by an unlicensed handyman for work related injuries on our property?

I want to protect myself from liability for an accident or injury that could happen while working on my property. The handyman does not have liability insurance and cannot get it because he does not have a social security number yet and probably does not have papers to be here legally. Is there anything that will hold up in court to protect me in case I am sued? Any suggestions?

Anyone can sue anyone else for anything at any time anywhere.
