I was served with a subpoena but my first and last name are spelled wrong. Plus the address is not an address I've lived not close to one. Can I get away with technically saying I wasn't served?

I wouldn't even think about that, much less try it.

"Errors" like that are a fairly common occurrence. I would not ignore the subpoena.
