Stupid parking ticket at Starbucks Corporate

So this officer gives my wife a ticket for apparently parking too close to a hydrant, where the "f" is the hydrant. Today my wife went to see the judge and she didn't dismiss it but instead told her to come back in 2 months and the officer would show up. What else can be done to get this thing dismissed?

I can't even see a fire hydrant. I guess it's between the bushes. I'd say you can get it dismissed with decent pictures. Let the officer show up. There is no clear indication that there is a fire hydrant, nor do I see any indication on the spot that she parked in that you cannot park there. What about the car on the opposite side of the bushes?
