I bought a street bike for an old best friend of mine under my name and the agreement was that he would pay for it as well as get insurance.
He stopped making payments for the bike
And its 16,000 thousand dollars that are under my credit
what kind of things can i do?
Its under my name but ive never driven it or had it

im thinking maybe i can collect it and turn it in and sue him for the damage

Well the insurance should pay the note. That will put you in pretty even shape. If you sue him then you are just trying to profit from the situation. Having wrecked it is probably your best outcome.
