I was picked up on a bench warrant issued in 1985 the charge was revocation of probation rearrest (1203.2( A) PC). The original charge was DUI and driving with a suspended licensein 1984. I remember pleading no-contest but never went back for the sentencing.
Since then I have been able to get my driver's license (twice) in Ca. with no problem, and
had forgotten completely about the issue. Is there a statute of limitations on this or is this a new charge?
