is there a statute of limitation on a warrant concerning an MRP (Motion to revoke probation) on a 3rd degree posession charge? And if the person is on deferred adjudification, does that mean anything different? If anyone knows it would be a big help.Thank you!

Well, I've Revoked My Probation It Too Was Deferred Adjudication, But I Proved To The Court, I Was In School, Working, Paying My Fees, And I Was Worthy Of A Second Shot, And I Recieved One More Year Deffered Adj. Good Luck, Get A Good Attorney

My Bad, No There Is No Statue Of Limitations Concerning A Probation Violation, Because You Already Have A Motion To Revoke. What County Is It Out Of In Tx?
