In a nutshell... sans other details: Mom died 14yrs ago. At that time Dad did not disclose all of his assets: stks, bonds, retirement funds, etc. Now that Dad has died, the executor of Mom's will says that Dad's estate owes Mom's estate a lot. Nothing was done for 14 yrs. Is Mom's estate entitled to receive assets this late? Or has the statute of limitations expired? Thanks for help.
