I have a question regarding Statue Of Limitations regarding a warrant for forgery that was possibliy issued in S.C. Is there a statue of limitations of how long before a warrant is issued or if it has been, when it exoires?

There is no SOL on warrants.

Warrants never expire. It's best if you take care of it so you don't have it hanging over your head for the rest of your life. How do you know there is a warrant?
