Sir, Is there a Statute of Limitations on state taxes, Ohio inparticular, I lived there for about 8.5 years and moved to VA in 1997, now they are telling me that the AGI from my state for 97 is different from the Fed!! No kidding and as I remember I filed a part time resident in both OH and VA, and now OH wants $600. or a copy of all of my 97 taxes?? Is this legal?
