Generally, whatever amount of time was waived when you were given probation.

Example: If your offense carried 5 years prison and you were given a year probation and you broke probation after 6 months, I'm guessing you would do 4 1/2 years in prison, or 5.

How long do you get sentenced in jail when you break your state probation

If the MAXIMUM time for the crime which you plead guilty of doing, or were convicted by a jury was 10 years, you could get as much as 10 years in the big house.

You might get a tongue lashing, and be sent on your way to try again.

Many wonderful, whacky things could happen, mate.
